About

One of the homes, Banksia, is the original house which is being completely refurbished to a high standard and the other, set by its side, is designed to mirror the double fronted Victorian architecture with fine bay windows topped by tall gables. This is a feature carried through to the three houses positioned further into the scheme, each individually designed with an attractive blend of red brick elevations, some tile hanging, and either a clay tile or slate roof.

Our architects have responded to the demands of today’s purchasers and all our homes have open plan kitchens with glazed doors to the sunny gardens at the rear, which gives a natural flow to outside space. There will also be a separate sitting room, utility and ground floor cloakroom.  Our new homes will also have studies and the added luxury of underfloor heating to the ground floor and wood burning stoves.

The individual layouts have been carefully thought through with four spacious bedrooms and touches of luxury in the bathrooms with stylish fittings and sophisticated tiling, all beautifully finished to the exceptional Hazeley standard by our team of craftsmen. Master bedrooms will have smart shower rooms and some will also benefit from a dressing area.

The landscaping will play a big part in the overall feel of the completed development with many trees integrated into the design which softens the built environment and driveways which lead to parking and garaging. All five houses will have a south facing rear garden where hedging and additional planting will provide separation and privacy.
