Michael was born and educated in Romania where he studied for an Agricultural degree and subsequently worked in this industry. He made the decision to move to the UK in 2009 and joined Hazeley in 2011 and we have supported him with his training. He is currently an Assistant Site Manager.

After over 13 years working at Classic Folios, specialists in the provision of handover manuals, where she wrote reservation and handover guides for the likes of Redrow, The Berkeley Group, Crest Nicholson, Octagon, Galliard, plus numerous small and medium sized developers, she decided to see for herself what it was like working in the industry and joined Hazeley in 2015.

Amanda’s early career was as an estate agent, which included the new homes market. After a career break to raise her family, she spent over 7 years working for Burrows in the New Forest, a specialist property maintenance company This latter experience has proved invaluable to Hazeley when she joined us in 2018, since she co-ordinates our customer care service to all clients who have moved into one of our homes.

A fully qualified tradesman himself, Karl spent a number of years working in the industry before joining Fairview New Homes in London as an Assistant Site Manager. On relocating to the South Coast he joined Linden Homes where he spent the next 13 years, initially as an Assistant Site Manager, progressing through to Construction Manager. Karl joined Hazeley in 2016 as a Construction Manager and was promoted to Construction Director in 2017.

He joined us in 2018, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in the procurement and surveying sector. His career began with a small construction company based in Wiltshire and since then he has gained experience in a huge variety of commercial projects, a number of which have been leading edge, including time spent with MIllbridge PM. His work portfolio includes: process engineering, construction forensic investigations and housing development.

He spent his early career in the armed forces, including tours in Iraq. On leaving the army, he returned to education and achieved a first class honours degree in Architectural Technology. He has spent the last ten years working in the industry for both architectural practices in London and the Home Counties and most recently with Kier Construction on commercial, education and defence projects.

Gordon has spent over 40 years in the house building industry, 20 of which were with Bryant Homes. The Bryant band prided itself on quality, which encouraged many returning customers. He has worked for St James (part of the Berkeley Group), Gleeson Homes, Mizen Design and Build and lately with Hazeley who have all had the same focus on quality.
‘Working at Hazeley has given me the opportunity to ‘pool’ all the experience I have gained in the industry with the ambition of doing it better.’
On achieving a first class honours degree in Architectural Technology, he joined a small practice of architects specialising in commercial refurbishment projects, before moving to a multi-disciplined practice, ultimately heading up a team involved in residential new builds and multi million pound listed building enabling ventures.
Andrew joined Hazeley in 2011, initially as a Project Manager and was appointed Managing Director in 2018.

James started his career as a trainee Site Manager at Barratt Homes, progressing to Assistant Site Manager. He subsequently joined Linden Homes where he remained for a further 10 years, the last 6 of which were spent working as a Site Manager. James joined Hazeley in the summer of 2017.
‘I enjoy the challenges of building a Hazeley home, they have a high specification and are certainly not run of the mill; the designs of each of our homes is unique. It’s great working with a tightly knit team too.’
Martin has a wealth of experience, which he has acquired through a variety of roles in the construction industry over a 30 year period. This has included working on the interior fit out of Harrods. Being a qualified carpenter and plumber he is able to turn his hand to most jobs.

After completing a carpentry and joinery apprenticeship, Trevor joined Mansell (now part of the Balfour Beatty Group) where hs was employed for over 13 years in a variety of MOD projects. He then moved across to the home building sector, working for Linden Homes, Lovell Homes and Acheson as both an Assistant Site Manager and Site Manager. Trevor joined the Hazeley team in 2017.
